IamActivist is a global social network of activists and campaigners. It is dedicated to making this world a better place.

We believe that the public opinion is the new superpower. It can stop wars, violence, hate, prejudice. It helps to protect our planet: save nature, plants and animals. It educates people. It makes us understand each other better and helps to feel and share each other's pain, despair, joy and happiness. It lets those in power know that we are not afraid to sound our opinions and act upon them. This is the real power of democracy - and nowhere it can be seen better than in Internet.
We made this site because we care, because we are activists too. Because there is too much suffering in this world. Because time is counted, and we need to act now. Because to see what you can help and don't do anything is a shame.
We hope to contribute just a bit more of positive changes to the world. If one more tree is planted, one less animal cruelly killed, one more war stopped by join efforts, one innocent person freed, a hand of help given to those in need - we are happy. It means our efforts were not in vain.
